Maintains warehouse inventory flow by unloading, inspecting, stocking, labeling, transferring, picking, packing, and loading materials. Uses inventory systems, forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment. Prepares shipping documentation, follows OSHA and company safety requirements, keeps warehouse areas clean, and reports hazards or injuries.

Receive and check incoming PVF (pipe, valves, fittings, flanges), verify materials against paperwork, assist loading/unloading, secure and transport loads (non-CDL trailer), perform basic inventory/warehouse tasks, use basic computer tools, and coordinate with vendors, drivers, and project personnel.

Enter and process vendor invoices in the ERP system, reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies, process check/ACH and credit card transactions, communicate with vendors and branches, and assist with reporting and confidential cost-related duties.
