Leads the college’s human resources and payroll functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, employee relations, collective bargaining, payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, HR policies, professional development, and HRIS oversight. Serves on the executive team, supports strategic planning and budgeting, manages the HR team and budget, oversees labor relations and Title IX responsibilities, and ensures effective personnel practices across the institution.

Designs, develops, secures, and maintains enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud or on-premises systems supporting college platforms such as SIS and CRM. The senior role leads development projects and SDLC activities, manages vendors, mentors staff, delegates work, translates business needs into technical solutions, and provides systems guidance, training, and support across campus.

Supports students and families through financial aid applications, eligibility documentation, funding package preparation, disbursement processes, and veteran education benefits. Reviews records for completeness and compliance, maintains confidential data, enters information into student and financial aid systems, explains policies and procedures, and collaborates with campus offices to deliver coordinated student support.
