Teams at Flathead Valley Community College

Serve as the college's senior finance and operations leader, advising the President, managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and fiscal controls; oversee Business Office, Facilities, Auxiliary Services and related units; lead strategic financial planning, capital/facilities projects, and external reporting; supervise staff and promote continuous improvement, compliance, and community engagement.

Coordinate development and implementation of lifelong learning and continuing education programs for youth, adults, seniors. Manage instructor relations, logistics, scheduling, marketing, budgets, reporting, staff supervision, and program evaluation. Support innovation, cross-train, and maintain college policies and confidentiality while reporting to the Continuing Education Director.

Lead and manage the TRIO Student Support Services program, including strategic planning, grant and budget administration, student recruitment/outreach, supervision of staff and peer mentors, program assessment, academic advising caseload support, and partnership-building across campus to improve retention, persistence, and graduation for first-generation and low-income students.
