Own the full sales cycle across Benelux and Nordics to build pipeline and close new-logo business via direct and partner-led motions. Collaborate with channel partners, manage HubSpot CRM and forecasting, travel regularly across the region, and position Flare's threat-intelligence/ASM platform to CISOs and security leaders.

Own and grow Flare's indirect sales across UKI and DACH by recruiting, enabling, and managing VARs, MSSPs, and distributors. Build partner strategies, align with regional AEs, drive pipeline and revenue, execute distributor programs, represent Flare in-market, and travel ~50% to DACH to accelerate scalable channel growth.

Partner with sales to demonstrate Flare's CTI and external attack-surface platform, run end-to-end POCs, deliver threat briefings to ISACs, interpret and translate findings for technical and executive audiences, train and enable teams, collaborate with product and research, and represent Flare at events. Bilingual (English/German) and travel flexibility required.

Lead Flare’s Dedicated Customer Success team for enterprise strategic accounts as a player-coach. Coach senior CSMs, ensure strategic account plans, executive alignment, QBR/EBR quality, and coordinate renewals and expansion. Partner with Sales and CS Ops to drive GRR, expansion, and NPS targets while translating CS strategy into actionable team plans and developing CSM performance and growth.

Work as a development intern building and testing features for Flare's cyber threat intelligence product. Contribute to application design, assess new ideas, join development meetings, and collect/process cybercrime data. Mentored internship with concrete projects to develop software engineering skills, autonomy, and decision-making.

Partner with sales to demo and prove Flare's platform, run end-to-end POCs, interpret threat findings, deliver briefings to ISACs, train sales, and feed field insights into product and research. Engage technical stakeholders, support deal execution across time zones, and represent Flare at events.

Define and execute the integrations product vision and roadmap, build and manage the integrations marketplace and partner program, work with partners and customers to prioritize integrations, collaborate with engineering to deliver integrations, and shape MCP strategy to drive adoption and revenue.

Lead product vision and roadmaps for a Threat Exposure Management platform. Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to gather requirements, prioritize features, analyze market and customer feedback, and drive product enhancements to improve security outcomes and user satisfaction.
