Build and optimize scalable backend services and ETL/ELT data pipelines. The role involves Python development, data ingestion and transformation, SQL and NoSQL schema design, query optimization, automated testing, data quality checks, CI/CD, Docker-based deployments, and production ownership. The engineer will collaborate across the organization and process financial data within a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking environment.

Own the complete sales cycle for Flanks’ technical SaaS platform across the UK, targeting banks, wealth managers, family offices, and other financial institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closing, market research, CRM management, and meeting sales targets. The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and requires regular interaction with senior financial-services stakeholders.
