Owns day-to-day accounting operations, including Spanish GAAP accounting, bank reconciliations, monthly closings, tax filings, financial reporting, and internal controls. Own the complete sales cycle for Flanks’ technical SaaS platform across the UK, targeting banks, wealth managers, family offices, and other financial institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closing, market research, CRM management, and meeting sales targets. The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and requires regular interaction with senior financial-services stakeholders.

Supports day-to-day office operations by managing supplies, logistics, vendors, events, onboarding experiences, and team activities. The role maintains a welcoming office environment, responds to requests, coordinates across teams, identifies issues proactively, and helps strengthen workplace culture.
