Owns day-to-day accounting operations, including Spanish GAAP accounting, bank reconciliations, monthly closings, tax filings, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role also develops FP&A processes, monitors performance against budgets, supports forecasting, and addresses billing inquiries with clients and investors. Requires accounting or financial controller experience, knowledge of IFRS or Spanish GAAP, advanced spreadsheet skills, and professional English and Spanish proficiency.

Maintain accurate financial accounts in Holded or Odoo, manage client onboarding administration, process provider payments, support monthly reporting, and improve bookkeeping processes. The intern will work closely with senior Finance team members in a fast-growing fintech environment while helping establish scalable financial operations.

Manage onboarding and ongoing support for strategic clients within the technology team. Gather and translate client requirements into technical specifications, track development timelines, coordinate internal teams and external providers, and triage client issues. The role combines client relationship management, implementation coordination, technical communication, and exposure to financial technology and wealth management.
