Lead Flamingo’s brand communications and community strategy across influencer marketing, ambassador programs, PR, social media, and community engagement. Manage talent, agencies, budgets, campaigns, and brand storytelling while developing measurement frameworks for conversation, sentiment, and brand impact. Lead and mentor a team spanning influencer marketing, social, and community, partnering closely with creative, digital, retail, growth, and PR teams to build awareness, advocacy, and brand loyalty.

Develop and manage the monthly creative planning cycle, using performance data and customer insights to create briefs, creative territories, and style plans. Lead creative analytics sessions, coordinate with growth, social commerce, and TikTok teams, research competitors and customer communities, and support AI-enabled creative workflows. The role connects strategy with production and helps optimize short-form, direct-response creative for performance channels.
