Provide friendly, timely software support: troubleshoot issues, document requests and resolutions, communicate updates, assist testing and training, partner with vendors and teams to improve systems and user experience.

Perform final apartment touch-ups and general housekeeping: inspect vacated units, repair minor damage (plaster, paint, faucets), clean carpets, change HVAC filters, replace blinds, assist with appliance moves and trash-outs, maintain common areas, report repair needs, and support the maintenance team while following OSHA/ADA/Fair Housing policies.
