Processes and manages accounts payable transactions for a portfolio of properties, including invoice review, expense reconciliation, recordkeeping, vendor communication, and payment discrepancy resolution. Supports month-end close through reporting and account reconciliation, enforces accounts payable policies, responds to inquiries, and identifies process improvements. The role requires accuracy, organization, collaboration, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Supports multifamily real estate investment analysis through financial modeling, market research, due diligence, underwriting, budgeting, performance monitoring, and investment memorandum preparation. Collaborates with development, acquisitions, construction, and asset management teams while analyzing project risks, financing structures, market trends, and operating assumptions. The intern also assists with databases, presentations, reforecasting, and tracking investment performance for prospective and existing properties.

Provides administrative and clerical support to development, construction, and property management teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, guest support, document preparation, database updates, office supply and equipment coordination, mail handling, filing, proofreading, calendar management, conference room upkeep, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, professionalism, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with construction management software such as Procore.

Analyze property performance, occupancy, and market data to optimize pricing and ancillary revenue (parking, storage, pet fees, utilities). Build reports and dashboards, recommend pricing strategies, support budgeting/forecasting, implement revenue-management systems, and partner with operations and leadership to drive portfolio revenue improvements.
