Maintain Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR/Defender for Cloud, author detection rules in KQL, run detection-as-code and IaC (Terraform/Bicep), drive vulnerability remediation, coordinate pen tests, support DLP and AI workload security, and lead incident triage and response.

Lead and coach a team of four field-based Account Relationship Managers while maintaining your own strategic partner portfolio. Drive partner engagement and referral growth across a large adviser network, deliver training, report on commercial performance, and act as senior escalation for complex partner issues. Lead the analytics function to shift from reactive reporting to strategic, predictive insights. Set roadmap, build data science capability, drive self-serve adoption, rebalance delivery accountability, manage and coach analysts, own high‑impact analyses, defend methodology with senior stakeholders, and ensure reproducible, governed outputs that inform commercial decisions.

Lead the mobile app squad end-to-end: set strategy and roadmap, run product discovery, ship native iOS/Android features, own engagement and deposit outcomes, analyze funnel journeys, align stakeholders, and ensure compliance and quality in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead the HNW Acquisition Squad to drive growth across HNW and ISA propositions and the website. Own cross-functional roadmaps, experimentation, OKR-driven prioritisation, and commercial outcomes (AUA/unit economics). Coordinate marketing, product, design and data to optimise acquisition, conversion and organic visibility while representing performance to leadership.

Manage day-to-day finance operations including end-to-end purchase ledger, sales invoicing, debt collection, bank reconciliations, cash posting, month-end journal postings and accruals, support management accounts, assist audits and payroll processing, maintain fixed asset registers, produce reports and identify process improvements.

Contract senior cloud engineer to migrate live services to a new Azure cloud, own operational support and incident response, author production-grade Terraform/Bicep modules, design landing zones and hub-and-spoke networking, build CI/CD pipelines with security gates, implement identity and RBAC, and stand up AI platform foundations including AWS Bedrock integration and observability.

Lead product strategy for the Partnerships Tribe (Introducer, Bank, API Partnership). Own roadmap and OKRs, prioritise partner-facing features, improve advisor referral and API onboarding funnels, translate bank wins into product requirements, collaborate cross-functionally, and coach product managers to grow referrals, assets, and revenue.

Lead front-end and mobile technical strategy across multiple squads, set cross-platform React/React Native architecture, evolve design systems, drive cross-team initiatives and RFCs, mentor engineers, ensure resilience, performance, security, observability, and contribute hands-on to delivery while representing the company externally.
