Own a regional partner portfolio, drive face-to-face engagement and referrals, deliver proposition training, provide reactive partner support, manage pipeline and report regional performance to leadership.

Manage a regional portfolio of Partners across North England and Scotland, driving referrals through in-person engagement, presentations, onboarding support, and pipeline tracking. Deliver proposition training, resolve partner queries, feed product and friction insights back to the team, and report regional performance to the Relationships Team Lead to grow referral volume and conversion.

Develop and maintain high-quality, resilient full-stack systems in an Agile software team. Responsibilities include designing and influencing architecture, delivering new features, improving engineering practices and automation, applying test-driven development, collaborating with business and technical teams, and coaching junior engineers. The role requires expertise across C#/.NET, React, Azure, RESTful APIs, SQL, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and software testing.
