Leads and motivates the project team, communicates the client's vision and objectives, develops project plans and budgets, and delivers projects on schedule and within budget. Also responsible for client management, business development, and maintaining good client relationships.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution and leadership of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality of work, and profitability. They will develop project work plans, manage project fees and contracts, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will also contribute to business development and maintain relationships with clients.

Assist with technical planning and execution of architectural projects, mentor team members, coordinate construction management, prepare presentation materials, and participate in client meetings. Requires a professional degree in architecture, 5 years of experience, proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other software tools.

Responsible for leadership, management, and coordination of architectural projects from inception to completion. Requires minimum of 5 years of architectural experience and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
