Ensures design intent, technical quality, and project requirements are maintained while mentoring team members, conducting meetings, supporting presentations, and making significant project decisions. Requires extensive architectural experience, professional registration, Revit proficiency, and expertise managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects.

Supports architectural projects from inception through completion, including technical planning, construction management, site visits, documentation, specifications, drawings, models, and client presentations. The role also mentors team members, coordinates consultants, and contributes to design solutions while managing schedule and budget requirements.

Leads large-scale architectural projects from planning through completion, managing client relationships, project teams, fees, contracts, schedules, budgets, quality, profitability, and design goals. Develops project strategies, supports business development, presents firm services, and cultivates repeat clients. Requires extensive architectural and project management experience, strong leadership and presentation skills, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
