Own Fixico’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships across Germany. Lead and develop the German commercial team while personally originating and closing complex deals with automotive, mobility, fleet, leasing, rental, insurance, and OEM organizations. Lead and scale Fixico's global Engineering organisation (Amsterdam & Sri Lanka), build and coach engineering leadership, own delivery, planning, hiring, budgets, vendor management, and operational excellence. Partner with Product, CEO, and Principal Engineer to translate priorities into scalable solutions, ensure reliability and compliance (ISO27001, SOC2), and prepare engineering for international expansion, including the US market.
