Lead and scale Fixico's global Engineering organisation (Amsterdam & Sri Lanka), build and coach engineering leadership, own delivery, planning, hiring, budgets, vendor management, and operational excellence. Partner with Product, CEO, and Principal Engineer to translate priorities into scalable solutions, ensure reliability and compliance (ISO27001, SOC2), and prepare engineering for international expansion, including the US market.
