Teams at Fixico

Own Fixico’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships across Germany. Lead and develop the German commercial team while personally originating and closing complex deals with automotive, mobility, fleet, leasing, rental, insurance, and OEM organizations. Build senior relationships, manage pipeline and forecasting, develop customer business cases, expand strategic accounts, and influence product and operational priorities. The role is Germany-based with regular travel to Fixico’s Amsterdam headquarters.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and hands-on development of Fixico’s search, matching, and allocation engine. Build dispatch workflows, scoring systems, retries, escalation, and marketplace allocation capabilities while ensuring reliability and scalability. Partner with Product and Data, make build-versus-buy and AI decisions, replace live systems through gradual cutovers, and grow the engineering team supporting the platform’s US expansion.

Build and scale full-stack features using Laravel, PHP, Node.js, React, and Next.js. Own technical solutions from concept through deployment and monitoring, collaborate with product and design teams, influence architecture and technology strategy, mentor engineers, and improve development practices, testing, and cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong system design, product thinking, communication, and experience working in distributed, fast-paced environments.
