Lead and run the strategic Caliber partnership in the US: manage cross-functional projects, align engineers and stakeholders, define operating models and playbooks, translate technical and operational topics into actions, drive implementation, travel up to 50% to the US, and feed market insights back into product and operations to scale the US business.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for DACH: onboard and activate customers, drive adoption of Fixico's dashboard, monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize performance and product improvements.

The Senior Product Designer will oversee end-to-end design processes, collaborate with engineers, manage user testing, and mentor team members while focusing on interaction and experience design for both customer and repairer interfaces.
