Teams at Fixico

Own Fixico’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships across Germany. Lead and develop the German commercial team while personally originating and closing complex deals with automotive, mobility, fleet, leasing, rental, insurance, and OEM organizations. Build senior relationships, manage pipeline and forecasting, develop customer business cases, expand strategic accounts, and influence product and operational priorities. The role is Germany-based with regular travel to Fixico’s Amsterdam headquarters.

Design, build, scale, deploy, and operate backend services and integration APIs using Laravel PHP. Own system architecture, monitoring, testing, database design, and operational excellence. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, influence technical direction, improve infrastructure and technology usage, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers in a high-autonomy distributed environment.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for DACH: onboard and activate customers, drive adoption of Fixico's dashboard, monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize performance and product improvements.
