Teams at Fixico

Build and scale full-stack features using Laravel, PHP, Node.js, React, and Next.js. Own technical solutions from concept through deployment and monitoring, collaborate with product and design teams, influence architecture and technology strategy, mentor engineers, and improve development practices, testing, and cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong system design, product thinking, communication, and experience working in distributed, fast-paced environments.

Own Fixico’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships across Germany. Lead and develop the German commercial team while personally originating and closing complex deals with automotive, mobility, fleet, leasing, rental, insurance, and OEM organizations. Build senior relationships, manage pipeline and forecasting, develop customer business cases, expand strategic accounts, and influence product and operational priorities. The role is Germany-based with regular travel to Fixico’s Amsterdam headquarters.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for DACH: onboard and activate customers, drive adoption of Fixico's dashboard, monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize performance and product improvements.
