The role requires standing, repetitive physical tasks, lifting up to 50 pounds, PPE use, and flexibility for overtime in a noisy manufacturing environment.

Oversee and optimize plastic manufacturing and packaging processes, lead production operators, maintain safety and quality standards, troubleshoot and adjust machinery, coordinate corrective maintenance, and drive continuous improvement. The role monitors KPIs, supports machine startups and line changes, assists with product validations and implementations, and collaborates with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Collects dirty anilox rollers from printing presses and transports them to the cleaning station. Cleans anilox rollers and plate cylinders using chemicals, brushes, and Flexo Wash systems; inspects equipment before and after cleaning for damage or ink buildup; reports issues; maintains cleaning equipment and solutions; and follows PPE and chemical-handling safety procedures.
