Provides field and remote technical support for grade control systems used on construction jobsites. Responsibilities include configuring, installing, testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting machine control, GPS/GNSS, field computers, and laser systems. The role also delivers operator training, demonstrations, workshops, documentation, and customer follow-up while coordinating with service, sales, parts, rental, manufacturers, and vendors across Pennsylvania and New York.

Drive territory growth by building customer relationships, selling new/used John Deere equipment, rentals, parts and services. Perform on-site visits, demos, consultative selling, manage pipeline in CRM, monitor market trends, and meet sales, revenue, and margin targets.

Field-based role owning a territory to build customer relationships and drive parts, service, and maintenance revenue. Conduct customer visits, provide quotes, recommend maintenance, manage CRM pipelines, promote warranties and John Deere technologies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
