Provides guest support, follows health and safety standards, reports maintenance needs, and works collaboratively across flexible shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Provides personalised food and beverage service to VIP guests in a luxury hospitality setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, anticipating preferences, taking and delivering orders, processing payments, managing requests, maintaining service and hygiene standards, upselling offerings, supporting events, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

Supports public relations through media monitoring, press coverage and awards tracking, press kit and asset management, media contact database maintenance, press pitches, press releases, media inquiries, influencer coordination, and media visit organization. Provides administrative support to the PR department, including calendar management, reporting, records, invoices, and attendance tracking. Monitors competitors and industry trends across hospitality, entertainment, dining, and wellness.
