Manage day-to-day operations of assigned affordable housing properties, including rent collection, resident screening, move-ins/outs, inspections, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, Rural Development), and communication with leadership and external partners to meet performance and financial goals.

Manage daily operations of assigned affordable housing property(ies): rent collection, resident applications, move-ins/outs, compliance with Rural Development/HUD/LIHTC rules, supervise staff, oversee maintenance and inspections, control expenses, and liaise with authorities and clients.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports; apply SQL, Power Query, DAX, Excel, and AI tools to extract, transform, validate, and present data. Support forecasts, management reporting, long-range planning, and ad hoc financial analysis. Improve data quality, governance, and documentation; reconcile datasets with Yardi and the general ledger; convert manual reports to automated, scalable solutions.
