Manage and coordinate on-site activities for rural development projects, oversee daily operations, liaise with stakeholders, ensure compliance and safe working conditions, and support local teams to achieve project goals.

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned affordable housing properties, including rent collection, resident screening, move-ins/outs, inspections, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, Rural Development), and communication with leadership and external partners to meet performance and financial goals.

Manage daily operations of assigned affordable housing property(ies): rent collection, resident applications, move-ins/outs, compliance with Rural Development/HUD/LIHTC rules, supervise staff, oversee maintenance and inspections, control expenses, and liaise with authorities and clients.
