Manages strategic client relationships and drives revenue through consultative inside sales, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion. Leads client communications, pricing discussions, proposals, IT roadmap meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Maintains CRM and contract records, monitors invoices and renewal activity, reports performance metrics, and collaborates with technical, service delivery, and project teams to meet client goals.

Designs and executes Microsoft cloud, Azure AD, and data migrations; supports Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows servers, messaging platforms, and physical infrastructure. The role also handles monitoring, maintenance, optimization, data modeling, reporting support, and client communication across technical and non-technical teams.
