Design and develop consumer tools and outdoor gear from concept through production. Create 3D CAD models, technical drawings, specifications, prototypes, and test procedures; evaluate samples and support product approval. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders while managing multiple engineering projects. Maintain technical documentation, support safety and compliance requirements, and solve product development challenges.

Leads global compensation and benefits operations for Vita Brands, including incentive programs, salary reviews, benefits, mobility, compliance, analytics, and annual reward cycles. The role combines strategic reward design with hands-on execution in a complex multinational matrix environment, advising senior stakeholders and improving scalable, employee-focused processes.

Manage national distributor and customer accounts across retail and online channels, driving sales, profit, and service growth. Responsibilities include developing account and channel plans, leading customer proposals and negotiations, managing promotions and forecasts, analyzing commercial data, monitoring profitability, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Sales. Regular travel and a full driving licence are required.
