Manages national drug, office supply, and distributor accounts to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, building customer relationships, forecasting demand, managing trade spending and budgets, leading assortment and line reviews, executing promotions and launches, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role also oversees broker partnerships, customer presentations, performance reporting, inventory and service metrics, and executive-level business reviews.

Designs innovative carton and retail packaging from concept through production launch. Translates consumer, brand, sustainability, and technical requirements into manufacturable packaging concepts, mock-ups, prototypes, visualizations, and presentation materials. Collaborates with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality teams, suppliers, and factories; supports testing, validation, data analysis, compliance, and material optimization. The role also monitors packaging technologies, materials, retail trends, and consumer behavior.

Manage and grow key customer accounts across Germany in the DIY and garden tools sector. Responsibilities include developing assortment, distribution, promotions, and growth plans; negotiating prices and terms; conducting annual reviews; analyzing customer performance; preparing forecasts; and coordinating with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Sales teams. The role is remote within Germany with approximately 20–30% customer travel.
