The Issuer Account Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, sell Fiserv products, conduct demonstrations, and foster client relationships to enhance experience and retention.

Design, build, and modernize cloud-native, event-driven microservices for payments. Embed and govern AI/ML-assisted workflows, improve developer experience with automation and IaC, drive reliability and observability, mentor engineers, and balance delivery with enterprise risk and compliance.

Collect unpaid consumer debt via manual dialing in a call center, negotiate payment arrangements, manage complex higher-balance accounts, document activity in collections systems, meet daily objectives, escalate issues, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
