Manage a portfolio of high-risk, high-volume merchant accounts, perform detailed credit and data analysis, prepare executive reporting on KPIs and risks, recommend mitigation or exit strategies, and coordinate with legal, chargeback operations, bank partners, and stakeholders to prevent or reduce credit losses.

Provide strategic legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, minority and strategic equity investments, warrants, joint ventures and related transactions. Draft, negotiate and structure transaction documents, lead due diligence, identify and manage legal, regulatory and operational risks, coordinate with stakeholders and external advisors, and research legal issues to support business objectives.

Assess merchant portfolios for fraud and credit risk, investigate suspicious activity, calculate financial exposure, negotiate collateral and restructuring, coordinate remediation with cross-functional partners, communicate recommendations, resolve merchant inquiries, and support risk initiatives and process improvements.
