Sell Fiserv’s Clover point-of-sale and business management platform to small and medium-sized businesses across the Buffalo area. Generate leads through cold calling, partnerships, and referrals; build and manage a sales pipeline; consult with merchants to tailor solutions; and develop relationships with financial institutions and business owners. The role requires quota-driven sales experience, self-sourcing ability, local presence, and travel within the assigned geography.

Leads EMV implementation projects from initiation through closure, coordinating Fiserv teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Manages multiple client portfolios, project priorities, risks, escalations, delivery commitments, and team capacity. Supports implementation managers, improves delivery processes, identifies skill gaps, and provides coaching opportunities. The role requires project management software proficiency, client-facing communication, problem-solving, and successful delivery within budget and timelines.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for sales professionals supporting restaurant customers. Develops onboarding, continuing education, digital learning content, facilitator guides, simulations, and assessments focused on restaurant operations, payment solutions, and consultative selling. Partners with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and subject matter experts to align training with business goals. Measures program effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics, while traveling up to 50% and working onsite Monday through Friday.
