Leads global infrastructure strategy and reliability for VisionNext, including AWS multi-region resilience, Azure expansion, SRE practices, observability, cloud networking, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, recovery planning, and standardized connectivity. Builds and manages infrastructure teams while partnering with regional operations to deliver reusable deployment patterns, production-readiness capabilities, and secure operating models for financial services clients.

Manage and grow Fiserv relationships with Minority Depository Institution clients. Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, lead contract renewals and renegotiations, identify revenue-growth opportunities, promote Fiserv solutions, and drive retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to resolve issues and align solutions with client strategies and financial performance. The role requires up to 60% domestic travel.

Define strategy, roadmap priorities, requirements, and execution for core banking UI experiences supporting branches, tellers, account opening, servicing, and digital-to-branch workflows. Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, implementation, operations, sales enablement, and client teams to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, conduct discovery, communicate product direction, and support launches and adoption.
