The Sr. Software Engineer (FE) will lead the development of scalable frontend applications using React. Responsibilities include systems design, testing strategy, performance optimization, AI integration, and mentoring.

Build, test, deploy, and QA emails, landing pages, webinars, events, and web pages; ensure CRM integration and data quality; analyze campaign performance; document processes and train stakeholders to improve campaign scalability and compliance.

The Manager, GTM Systems oversees the architecture, governance, and efficiency of go-to-market systems, focusing on CRM, CPQ, integrations, and data quality. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support scalable revenue operations and optimize business processes.

Lead revenue forecasting, planning, and executive reporting across new, renewal, and expansion revenue. Manage and grow a revenue insights team while owning pre-sales analytics, forecast methodology, capacity and quota planning, and performance narratives. Build pipeline and forecast reporting, track conversion/velocity metrics, surface risks early, and apply AI to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated insights.

Manage assigned enterprise customers through the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, value, and renewals. Monitor customer health, execute playbooks to mitigate risk, coordinate cross-functional escalations, provide enablement and value optimization, and support onboarding, renewals, and expansion while acting as the customer advocate and project manager.
