Manages the day-to-day healthcare compliance program across multiple states, including policy maintenance, training, screening, auditing, investigations, risk assessment, corrective actions, reporting, and regulatory notifications. The role focuses on Medicaid and Medicare Advantage compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, HIPAA, peer certification, behavioral health requirements, payer audits, and state program integrity reviews. It operates independently while collaborating with People Operations, legal, clinical leadership, and a fractional Compliance Officer.

Manages market-level community operations supporting individuals with serious mental illness. Supervises peers, social workers, and clinicians; oversees outreach, engagement, benefits navigation, clinical review, performance, hiring, training, and service delivery. Builds referral partnerships with community healthcare providers, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, communicates operational progress, and adapts strategies to improve integrated care and member outcomes. The role requires extensive healthcare experience, community-based behavioral health experience, supervisory expertise, and the ability to work in nontraditional settings.
