Lead integrated communications for FirstEnergy Ohio: advise State President, develop internal/external and customer communications, manage media, social and digital strategies, oversee branding, crisis and executive communications, run communications operations, analytics, budgets, vendors, and foster collaborative culture.

Perform transmission and subtransmission planning studies to ensure safe, reliable operation; evaluate interconnections for loads and generators; propose and justify mitigation projects and capital budgets; support Operations during storms and abnormal events; comply with NERC/PJM planning criteria; prepare regulatory filings and technical testimony; participate in industry groups and maintain planning documentation.

Lead a team that creates and maintains Transmission project accounting master data (WBS, work orders) in SAP. Ensure timely, accurate cost collector creation and compliance with FERC accounting, SOX, and internal policies. Supervise analysts, handle SOX inquiries, research complex accounting issues, partner with Forecasting, Project Controls, and Accounting, and drive process improvements, automation, and master data governance to support Program Delivery and Transmission portfolio needs.

Contact customers to collect delinquent electric account balances, offer payment arrangements, refer to assistance programs, handle cash transactions, document meter and safety issues, perform route-based field work, operate communication devices, and occasionally operate transportation equipment.

Analyze and improve Pennsylvania distribution system reliability by developing plans, performing data-driven assessments (outages, lockouts, CEMI/DEMI, WPC), preparing reports and budgets, supporting operations and storm response, and overseeing long-term infrastructure improvement projects.

Perform distribution system planning, protection, and reliability analyses; model circuits and perform voltage, fault current, switching, and coordination studies; prepare load and capacity study reports, budgets, and protection specifications; support operations, storm restoration, interconnection studies, and the Distribution Control Center with technical analysis and relay settings.

Lead continuous improvement program efforts across the utility: establish and track KPIs, standardize data collection, analyze trends, create dashboards, monitor project progress, drive value delivery, mentor teams, facilitate CI training, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsible for distribution system planning, protection, and reliability. Perform modeling and protection coordination studies, capacity and power quality analyses, prepare budgets and reports, support operations and storm restoration, and provide technical and commissioning support for distribution equipment and controls.
