Serves as a project scheduling subject matter expert for complex capital projects and portfolio initiatives. Develops, maintains, analyzes, and communicates integrated schedules using Primavera P6; monitors progress, manages resources, produces reports, assesses schedule risks, supports mitigation planning, and collaborates with project teams. The role also provides scheduling guidance, promotes process improvement, maintains data integrity, and follows established project management and scheduling standards.

Supervise back-office billing employees supporting three operating companies, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant billing. Monitor performance, reports, training, employee development, and policy adherence. Coordinate billing activities with Legal, Compliance, Contact Center, meter, and corporate teams; resolve complex customer inquiries; support emergency storm response and dispatcher operations; and contribute to special projects and testing.

Develop and maintain automated web, API, and mobile application tests using TypeScript and Playwright. Integrate test automation into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, manage SQL Server test data, create test plans, monitor testing metrics, and promote quality best practices. Collaborate with business analysts and developers in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, assess testing risks, and mentor manual testers and other automation resources.
