Analyze complex loan applications and financial statements, prepare detailed loan memoranda, assess cash flow and collateral, advise lending officers and committees on credit decisions, assist with loan agreements, and support/training of junior analysts while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Manage and grow commercial loan and bank product business, analyze loan requests, develop proposals, oversee a portfolio of small-to-medium loans, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate loan origination/closing, and build community relationships to generate new business.

Lead origination, underwriting, and relationship management for commercial clients, driving loans, deposits, and treasury solutions. Analyze financials, structure holistic credit and treasury strategies, manage portfolio performance, mentor teammates, and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence. Oversee construction loan monitoring and draw processes.

Prepare and close mortgage loans per investor and government guidelines; create and maintain accurate loan files; review and prepare closing documents (including Closing Disclosures); coordinate with loan officers, title companies, realtors, and Loan Operations; perform pre-funding audits and post-closing tasks; ensure regulatory and Bank Secrecy Act compliance; cross-train to support other mortgage functions.

Originate and manage residential mortgage loans through outside sales, relationship development with realtors/builders, applicant evaluation, coordination of closings, compliance with FNMA and regulatory guidelines, supervision of mortgage processors, and achievement of production goals.
