Open title files and collect information for closing disclosures (invoices, payoffs, taxes, deed data). Assist clients via the company website and internal system with Pre-HUD, title, and ICL documents, answer general questions, verify correct recipient of client requests, manage emails, coordinate with internal departments, proofread documents, and interpret contracts and property tax information while following company process flow.

Review title commitments and abstracts to identify and resolve chain-of-title defects, tax and tax-sale issues, and underwriting claims for REO properties. Communicate with lenders, borrowers, and underwriters, update proprietary systems, and ensure title clearance for loan closings across multiple states.
