Manages residential mortgage disclosure, closing, funding handoff, and post-closing workflows. Reviews disclosures, fee tolerances, title and settlement information, closing documents, investor delivery packages, MERS registrations, and trailing documents. Coordinates with mortgage advisors, underwriting, title companies, funders, investors, custodians, borrowers, and compliance teams to resolve issues, meet regulatory and investor deadlines, and maintain accurate loan records.
