Lead healthcare payer consulting engagements, own client deliverables, serve as the primary client contact, mentor junior staff, structure project activities, review outputs, lead client calls, and develop actionable strategies. Requires broad knowledge of payer markets, network configurations, benefit design, ancillary products, and payer delivery areas such as member services, operations, network, and product. Chicago or Dallas is preferred, with frequent travel to client locations potentially required.
