Performs manual quality assurance testing across web interfaces, APIs, backend services, integrations, and data flows. Designs test cases, executes functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and negative testing, validates results with API tools, logs, and SQL, documents defects, verifies fixes, and partners with engineering and product teams to support software quality and release readiness.

Design and build data-driven products, ETL pipelines, analytics applications, and low-latency REST APIs. Develop with Databricks, Apache Spark, AWS, Kubernetes, and streaming technologies; create technical designs, tests, and operational improvements. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models into production, optimize code, reduce technical debt, and support telecommunications fraud protection products.

Build and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms; develop CI/CD pipelines; manage infrastructure as code, containers, Linux systems, monitoring, and production support. Automate operational tasks, improve reliability, remediate vulnerabilities, maintain documentation, troubleshoot distributed services, and collaborate with engineering, QA, security, product, and operations teams. Participate in on-call rotations and modernize legacy platforms.

Manage channel sales strategy and partner relationships to drive revenue through resellers. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, enabling, and growing partners; managing pipelines, forecasts, channel conflicts, and partner compliance; executing territory plans; delivering presentations; coordinating internal teams; and developing joint business plans. The role requires approximately 25% travel and familiarity with Salesforce and communications technologies such as CPaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS.
