Build, provision, and operate AWS infrastructure with Terraform; manage EKS clusters and Kubernetes (Helm, autoscaling, ingress); implement GitOps with ArgoCD; design CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, OIDC) and Dockerfile optimizations; deploy observability (OpenTelemetry, New Relic); define reliability, capacity planning, multi-region failover, and collaborate with developers on platform standards.

Implement, test, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain REST API and SIP telecom solutions. Monitor and tune infrastructure for high availability, develop test automation, perform packet/protocol analysis, support deployments and upgrades, participate in Tier 3 on-call rotation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain AWS-native, high-availability REST APIs and real-time call treatment engines for telecom call protection. Implement data storage, import/export pipelines, observability, performance tuning, integrations with third-party telecom systems, and participate across the full SDLC.

Own end-to-end technical delivery for Branded Messaging: run pre-sales discovery and demos, lead proofs-of-concept, embed with customers to build integrations against aggregator APIs, debug webhooks and device rendering, produce reference implementations and accelerators, and feed product gaps back to Engineering.

Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned accounts, support onboarding and adoption, monitor client KPIs and reporting, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, communicate product and release updates, track deliverables and timelines, prepare materials for status meetings and business reviews, and advocate for client needs to ensure value and contractual alignment.

Lead client onboarding for precall API integrations as primary contact; manage end-to-end implementation, provisioning coordination, technical handoffs, documentation, and process improvements to ensure successful client enablement and transition to support teams.

Administer, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds). Manage users, security, data quality, reports, integrations, releases, vendor relationships, and provide support, training, and process improvements to align Salesforce with business goals.

Build and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and attribution models; query and model data in Databricks and BigQuery; analyze CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and web behavior (GA4, GTM); forecast campaign outcomes and run scenario modeling; automate data integrations via APIs/webhooks; and translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Operate and architect the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Databricks, Webflow). Build complex HubSpot automations, manage integrations/APIs/webhooks, deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, RCS), ensure deliverability, data integrity, consent/compliance, and coordinate cross-functional requests for targeted, automated outreach.
