Lead ownership of the Databricks-based enterprise data platform: design governance with Unity Catalog, manage compute and access controls, drive FinOps, integrate identity (SSO/SCIM), liaise with Databricks, define roadmap, and enable engineering and data science teams for scalable, secure production workloads.

Analyze and vet client-supplied data, develop dashboards and metrics, identify and remediate entities not following best practices, define product and anomaly-detection requirements, troubleshoot conflicts, and mentor/train junior team members.

Sell Enrich RCS Messaging to enterprise customers by building pipeline, running pilots/proofs-of-concept, mapping RCS to client workflows, driving adoption, and coordinating with product and engineering. Use Salesforce for pipeline management and report to leadership while ensuring carrier compliance and optimizing campaign ROI.

Own end-to-end technical delivery for Branded Messaging: run pre-sales discovery and demos, lead proofs-of-concept, embed with customers to build integrations against aggregator APIs, debug webhooks and device rendering, produce reference implementations and accelerators, and feed product gaps back to Engineering.

Design, develop, and maintain AWS-native, high-availability REST APIs and real-time call treatment engines for telecom call protection. Implement data storage, import/export pipelines, observability, performance tuning, integrations with third-party telecom systems, and participate across the full SDLC.

The Cloud & DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security and operational excellence. Responsibilities include automating infrastructure, troubleshooting cloud issues, and collaborating with teams for efficient delivery.
