Build, provision, and operate AWS infrastructure with Terraform; manage EKS clusters and Kubernetes (Helm, autoscaling, ingress); implement GitOps with ArgoCD; design CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, OIDC) and Dockerfile optimizations; deploy observability (OpenTelemetry, New Relic); define reliability, capacity planning, multi-region failover, and collaborate with developers on platform standards.

Implement, test, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain REST API and SIP telecom solutions. Monitor and tune infrastructure for high availability, develop test automation, perform packet/protocol analysis, support deployments and upgrades, participate in Tier 3 on-call rotation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain AWS-native, high-availability REST APIs and real-time call treatment engines for telecom call protection. Implement data storage, import/export pipelines, observability, performance tuning, integrations with third-party telecom systems, and participate across the full SDLC.
