Own and grow strategic relationships with high-value enterprise accounts. Develop account strategies, drive retention, renewals, solution adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, manage account plans and forecasts in Salesforce, mitigate risks, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes. Success is measured through retention, account growth, product adoption, customer engagement, forecast accuracy, and account health.

Implement, test, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain REST API and SIP telecom solutions. Monitor and tune infrastructure for high availability, develop test automation, perform packet/protocol analysis, support deployments and upgrades, participate in Tier 3 on-call rotation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
