Teams at First Orion

Provide technical and account support for a SaaS branded-calling platform. Responsibilities include resolving tickets, leading onboarding sessions, monitoring account activity, auditing configurations, validating metrics, documenting troubleshooting guidance, triaging technical issues, escalating defects, identifying product feedback trends, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role collaborates with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering to improve adoption, retention, and customer experience.

Leads technical integrations and implementations for First Orion’s call protection and communication solutions. Owns client solution design, requirements, project planning, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and technical communications. Researches client platforms and technologies, guides scoping and estimation, consults with stakeholders, and recommends scalable solutions. Requires hands-on server-side development and integration experience with APIs, cloud platforms, multiple programming languages, security concepts, and Agile methodologies.

Performs IT internal audits across infrastructure, networks, applications, databases, and IT general controls. Evaluates application controls, access, change management, backups, security, and compliance risks; prepares audit workpapers, plans, testing approaches, findings, and recommendations. Leads audit engagements and special projects, analyzes trends, communicates with stakeholders, and updates audit programs to meet regulatory requirements.
