Performs advanced central banking operations, including wire and ACH processing, cash ordering, account reconciliation, ATM balancing, disputes, mobile deposit exceptions, debit card administration, audits, and fraud research. Provides escalation support to branches and internal teams, reviews reports for accuracy, identifies operational issues, recommends improvements, and ensures compliance with banking regulations, bank policies, and UDAAP requirements.

Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, financial statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare regulatory and SEC reporting, including Call Reports and FR Y filings. Manage fixed assets, investments, tax payments, compensation accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, and accounting documentation. Conduct financial analysis, research accounting guidance, support budgeting, and improve reporting processes and automation.

Analyzes customer transactions for suspicious and fraudulent activity using AML systems and internal reports. Supports BSA and fraud monitoring processes, SAR research and documentation, regulatory compliance, employee training, procedure updates, and fraud prevention initiatives. Maintains BSA records, monitors applicable regulations, provides operational compliance support, and assists the Fraud and BSA teams with investigations and related workloads.
