Manage medical billing operations, patient inquiries, insurance claims, appeals, eligibility research, and billing calls. Resolve claim errors and non-payment issues, communicate with patients, providers, and insurers, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support collections and cash flow improvements. This is a full-time remote role requiring at least three years of medical billing experience and knowledge of CPT and ICD coding.

This is a full-time remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Perform embryology and andrology procedures supporting IVF cycles, including semen analysis, sperm preparation, oocyte identification, embryo evaluation, embryo transfer, PGT biopsy, and specimen shipment. Manage culture media, quality control, equipment maintenance, cryogenic storage, patient records, IVF documentation, cycle logistics, laboratory databases, inventory, and QA audits. Provide rotating weekend and holiday coverage while maintaining accuracy and organization in a fertility clinic laboratory.

Performs semen analysis and supports IUI sperm preparation in a clinical fertility laboratory. Responsibilities include quality assurance, regulatory documentation, inventory management, equipment troubleshooting, vendor coordination, staff training, and maintaining cryopreservation records. The role requires careful, accurate work, independent laboratory experience, and participation in a rotating weekend schedule.

Perform IVF laboratory procedures including oocyte retrieval from follicular fluid, embryo assessment, zona ablation with laser, loading embryos for transfer, and cryopreservation (freeze/thaw). Prepare sterile culture dishes, maintain lab equipment and supplies, monitor liquid nitrogen storage, perform quality control testing, and report results. Work primarily under microscopes following strict protocols and, once competent, independently process and test patient specimens.

Deliver compassionate patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (NPs, RNs, MAs, embryologists), support fertility treatment planning, and help optimize clinical outcomes while participating in practice growth and potential partnership opportunities.

Provide reproductive endocrinology and infertility care across St. Louis and Tulsa clinics, delivering advanced fertility treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (NPs, RNs, embryologists), optimizing patient outcomes, counseling patients through fertility journeys, and participating in practice growth with potential partnership opportunities.

Provide reproductive endocrinology patient care within a multi-physician fertility practice, deliver advanced fertility treatments, counsel and guide patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, and help optimize clinical outcomes while supporting practice growth and potential partnership.

Provide reproductive endocrinology and infertility care across St. Louis and Tulsa clinics in a multi-physician practice. Deliver advanced fertility treatments, collaborate with NPs/RNs/embryologists, support patients through individualized care, and contribute to continuous improvement and practice growth with potential partnership opportunities.

Provide comprehensive reproductive endocrinology care including evaluations, individualized treatment plans, diagnostic testing and imaging, minimally invasive reproductive surgeries, and ART procedures (IVF, IUI, retrieval, embryo transfer). Collaborate with lab and clinical staff, document in EMR, participate in quality improvement, cover multiple clinic sites, and engage in protocol development and interdisciplinary case reviews.

Provide evidence-based fertility care across multiple sites, performing IVF, IUI, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and reproductive surgery; deliver excellent patient experiences, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support clinical quality and outcomes, and contribute to multi-site practice growth and leadership opportunities.

Provide compassionate, expert reproductive endocrinology care to patients seeking fertility treatment. Manage diagnosis and treatment plans, perform advanced fertility procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and laboratory teams, communicate treatment options and outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality embryo and pregnancy outcomes. Participate in clinic growth and may become eligible for partnership.

Perform andrology and embryology procedures for IVF including oocyte handling, microinjection, embryo assessment, laser zona ablation and biopsy, cryopreservation/thawing, lab QC, equipment maintenance, and documentation to support patient cycles and daily lab operations.

Provide obstetrics and gynecology care within a fertility clinic, support patients through fertility treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain high-quality patient communication and outcomes, and participate in practice growth and partnership opportunities.

Provide specialized reproductive endocrinology care within a multi-physician fertility practice, delivering advanced infertility treatments, counseling patients, collaborating with clinical and laboratory teams, and contributing to quality improvement and partnership opportunities.
