Manage medical billing operations, patient inquiries, insurance claims, appeals, eligibility research, and billing calls. Resolve claim errors and non-payment issues, communicate with patients, providers, and insurers, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support collections and cash flow improvements. This is a full-time remote role requiring at least three years of medical billing experience and knowledge of CPT and ICD coding.

Manage medical billing operations, patient billing inquiries, insurance claims, appeals, eligibility research, and payment issues. Communicate with patients, providers, insurers, and administrators while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. The role includes correcting and resubmitting claims, handling billing calls, resolving difficult interactions, and recommending process improvements to support collections and cash flow. This is a full-time remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Perform embryology and andrology procedures supporting IVF cycles, including semen analysis, sperm preparation, oocyte identification, embryo evaluation, embryo transfer, PGT biopsy, and specimen shipment. Manage culture media, quality control, equipment maintenance, cryogenic storage, patient records, IVF documentation, cycle logistics, laboratory databases, inventory, and QA audits. Provide rotating weekend and holiday coverage while maintaining accuracy and organization in a fertility clinic laboratory.
