Teams at First Fertility

Manage insurance benefits, pre-authorizations, financial clearances, patient financial counseling, surgical scheduling, billing accuracy, and outstanding balances for fertility treatments. Verify coverage, obtain procedure authorizations, communicate costs and payment options, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, coordinate with clinical staff and billing teams, and support onboarding of new representatives. This is a full-time, on-site role in Pensacola, Florida, requiring healthcare insurance or medical billing experience.

Provides administrative coordination for IVF and andrology laboratories, including patient records, EMR data entry, SART reporting, correspondence, embryo and sperm shipments, disposal documentation, inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships. Supports patients, physicians, embryologists, couriers, and storage providers while maintaining organized lab operations and confidential records.

Provides coordinated, compassionate nursing care to patients throughout IVF and FET treatment cycles. Responsibilities include patient education, lab and procedure scheduling, consent and medical record management, medication administration, injections, specimen collection, ultrasound and IUI procedures, care coordination with physicians and embryology teams, patient communication, emergency response, and clinical documentation.
