Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, business, and major agency partners. Coordinate dependencies across teams, establish product operating practices, define success metrics, and deliver scalable platform capabilities for growing agencies.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for First Connect’s agency platform, including agency-to-producer migration, organization structures, roles and permissions, compliance workflows, sign-in, and account management. Lead a new product team, coordinate cross-team dependencies, partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, work with large agencies as design partners, and use customer insights and data to prioritize and measure outcomes.

Own the agent-facing carrier marketplace, including carrier discovery, access requests, and quoting workflows across 150+ carrier relationships. Lead product discovery, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, KPI tracking, and end-to-end product ownership. Coordinate with engineering, design, business teams, finance, marketing, sales, support, and carrier partners, influencing stakeholders without formal authority. The role requires fluent professional English and Polish and regular afternoon or evening meetings.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll enhance onboarding experiences for agents, build automations for compliance, and improve backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own First Connect’s community strategy for independent insurance agents, including launching an online community, ambassador program, industry partnerships, events, webinars, content, and beta programs. Measure community health, engagement, pipeline contribution, retention, and NPS, presenting insights to leadership. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Carrier, and Events teams while serving as a public-facing representative at industry gatherings. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires approximately 20–30% travel.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM for agency- and carrier-focused products. Coordinate launches, create marketing assets, support campaigns, and enable sales/support with training and research to drive awareness, adoption, and product-market fit in a fast-growing insurtech startup.

Manage and grow relationships with onboarded independent insurance agents to increase production. Deliver individualized training, identify cross-sell opportunities, meet sales targets, advise on carrier appointments and commissions, and use data and feedback to improve agent performance and training practices.

Own end-to-end digital campaign builds including drip automations, forms, landing pages, and emails in HubSpot. Execute remarketing and multi-channel incentive/product campaigns, run A/B and multivariate tests, monitor performance, produce reporting, and coordinate with Product, Growth, and Sales to align campaigns with carrier offerings.

Drive strategic, data-driven operations projects end-to-end: diagnose drivers of business metrics, prioritize initiatives, build project plans, execute cross-functional work, and measure outcomes with repeatable dashboards and KPIs.

Lead and grow a lean data team, build self-service analytics, create a proprietary data asset, own data infrastructure roadmap (warehouse, ELT, orchestration), define AI usage across the data stack, and partner with engineering and leadership to connect data investments to business outcomes.
