Manage and grow carrier and MGA partnerships, driving agency quoting, binding, engagement, and premium growth. Lead partnership business reviews, develop adoption campaigns, promote carriers through training and messaging, analyze performance trends, and identify placement opportunities. Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Operations, and Marketing on partner needs, workflow improvements, product launches, and incentives while maintaining strong partner satisfaction.

Own the strategy and roadmap for First Connect’s insurance platform, including agency-to-producer migration, organization structures, roles and permissions, compliance workflows, sign-in, and account management. Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, business, and major agency partners. Coordinate dependencies across teams, establish product operating practices, define success metrics, and deliver scalable platform capabilities for growing agencies.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for First Connect’s agency platform, including agency-to-producer migration, organization structures, roles and permissions, compliance workflows, sign-in, and account management. Lead a new product team, coordinate cross-team dependencies, partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, work with large agencies as design partners, and use customer insights and data to prioritize and measure outcomes.
