Provide financial advice and planning to clients, assist branch managers and advisors with account setup and transactions, monitor investments, support prospecting and client retention activities, maintain records and compliance, pursue licenses and continuing education, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Process domestic and international wire transfers for retail, commercial, and corporate customers. Maintain and document standard procedures for outgoing/incoming wires, authentication, authorization, and disaster continuity. Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and federal regulations, monitor cash positions, support fraud prevention, and produce operational reporting.

Support Branch Manager and Financial Advisors by processing account paperwork, maintaining client files, handling routine transactions and customer inquiries, coordinating prospecting and client retention activities, performing clerical duties, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining required licenses and continuing education, and occasionally traveling overnight.
