Teams at First Community Bank

Sources and manages commercial banking relationships, primarily involving loans and deposits of $1 million or less. Develops new business, structures loan requests, maintains a prospect pipeline, meets production and profitability goals, provides cross-sell referrals, and advises clients on banking services. The role requires community involvement, collaboration with credit and business partners, adherence to credit policy, and occasional travel.

Provide financial advice and planning to clients, assist branch managers and advisors with account setup and transactions, monitor investments, support prospecting and client retention activities, maintain records and compliance, pursue licenses and continuing education, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Provide application support to end users: record, track, and resolve software issues across servers and databases; communicate with stakeholders; test fixes; maintain applications; develop training and knowledge-base content; assist testing of new/potential applications; use diagnostic utilities and perform technical conversion/interface tasks as assigned.
