Sources and grows commercial banking relationships by originating loans, deposits, and Treasury Services. Manages pipelines, structures loan requests, applies credit judgment, meets production and portfolio return goals, and identifies cross-sell opportunities. Serves as a trusted advisor, collaborates with internal banking partners, maintains customer relationships, and represents the bank in community and civic activities.

Sources, sells, implements, and supports commercial banking services. Consults with clients, develops proposals, supports deposit account opening, guides onboarding, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and partners with relationship managers and internal departments. Conducts training and branch meetings, supports sales pipelines, ensures regulatory and operational compliance, and delivers a strong client experience. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Supports commercial and treasury services customers and internal staff across digital banking, ACH, wire transfers, merchant services, Positive Pay, lockbox, and related products. Provides phone, email, and occasional in-person technical assistance; maintains customer records and documentation; processes service tickets; monitors fraud alerts; researches and resolves issues; supports regulatory procedures and periodic reviews; and promotes additional services. Requires banking experience, strong customer service and communication skills, technology proficiency, organization, problem-solving, and occasional travel.
