Teams at First Bank and Trust Company

Develops and expands treasury management relationships with commercial, municipal, nonprofit, and business customers. Identifies cash management needs, recommends solutions, prepares proposals, meets sales and revenue goals, manages customer relationships, resolves service issues, and educates clients on fraud prevention and payment security. Collaborates with commercial banking, operations, and treasury administration teams on pricing, implementations, and customer service. Requires travel to client locations within the bank’s market area.

Analyzes financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, cash flow, ratios, and trends for new and renewed loans. Prepares borrower analysis reports and supports informed lending decisions, loan reviews, regulatory compliance, underwriting standards, and problem-loan identification. Assists with portfolio reporting and administrative processes while collaborating with lenders, supervisors, and loan administration.

Provide technical support to users, assist in network maintenance, handle help desk tickets, and perform IT equipment setup and repairs.
