Partners with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Field Engineering, Data Engineering, and GTM Engineering to model headcount, productivity, pipeline, usage economics, and revenue scenarios. Builds automated, auditable planning processes and tooling while monitoring quota attainment, capacity, and productivity to guide strategic decisions and in-year adjustments.

Own UK and EU privacy operations, serving as the primary contact for regulators and advising product, engineering, sales, and legal teams. Manage data subject rights, cross-border transfer compliance, breach assessments, privacy-by-design reviews, privacy notices, and AI governance considerations. Lead DPIAs, DSARs, supervisory authority interactions, and regional compliance processes while building scalable, automated privacy systems.

Own the technical privacy program by building automation for data subject requests, data inventories, ROPA, retention, deletion, consent, and control monitoring. Own the global revenue accounting function, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract review, close activities, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and technical accounting memos. Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, FP&A, Billing, and Finance on complex contracts and new business models. Lead audits, automate scalable accounting processes, and build a high-performing revenue accounting team.

Own and scale global equity administration across grants, vesting, exercises, reporting, compliance, controls, governance, and employee support. Lead IPO and public-company readiness, including Section 16, Rule 10b5-1, SOX controls, ASC 718 reporting, reconciliations, international compliance, board support, and equity systems.
