Own and expand a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts. Identify prospects, engage founders and technical leaders, lead technical product discussions, coordinate onboarding and integrations, and develop tailored solutions and proofs of concept. Track usage to uncover expansion opportunities, represent Fireworks in the AI ecosystem, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering improvements. The role requires credible understanding of AI infrastructure, model serving, APIs, inference, tuning, and GPU architecture.

Own and scale general ledger operations, monthly close, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, leases, infrastructure spend accounting, and financial reporting. Develop scalable accounting processes, controls, documentation, and SOX-ready practices; support audits, ERP implementations, and automation using data tools. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and external auditors while reviewing team work and improving accounting systems.

Own financial analysis for GPU infrastructure and R&D investments. Build compute and capacity models, analyze utilization and provider commitments, support R&D headcount and vendor planning, forecast spend, explain variances, and develop reporting processes. Partner with infrastructure, engineering, product, security, IT, and finance leaders to improve unit economics, gross margin, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and board reporting.
