Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers on Fireworks' inference platform: manage onboarding, deployment, SSO/security, performance benchmarking, troubleshooting, and escalations; advise on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and cost/latency optimization; run QBRs, drive adoption, identify expansion, and feed customer insights into product roadmaps.

Early-career product manager who partners with engineering, design, and data teams to build and ship generative AI infrastructure products. Engage with customers to shape GenAI strategy, drive adoption, and collaborate with GTM teams to evangelize and expand product usage. Participate in rotations and receive mentorship to develop technical product leadership skills.

The Forward Deployed Product Manager will work closely with customers to ensure successful outcomes by translating their technical needs into product solutions while collaborating with engineering teams on product definitions and development.
