Manage fire sprinkler projects from initiation to completion: schedule manpower and materials, review drawings and submittals, ensure AHJ compliance, monitor budgets, conduct site visits, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.

Manage and oversee fire sprinkler construction projects: review contracts and drawings, schedule deliverables, coordinate crews and subcontractors, track materials, monitor daily progress, prepare reports, mitigate risks, and act as liaison among sales, engineering, customers, and field teams for a one-year industrial project.

Lead and manage daily operations of the sprinkler division, supervise technicians, coordinate projects, ensure code and safety compliance, manage budgets and resources, implement process improvements, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to deliver quality fire protection services.
