The Senior Recruiter partners with managers across multiple locations to define staffing needs, create job postings, source and attract candidates, screen applicants, support selection and offers, and maintain talent pipelines. The role ensures compliant and consistent hiring practices, manages high candidate volumes, builds relationships with external recruiting sources, and travels to company offices as needed. It also requires proactive outreach, behavioral interviewing knowledge, strong organization, and expertise in recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.

Oversee Firetrol’s sprinkler division by managing technicians and support staff, prioritizing projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, controlling budgets, improving operating procedures, and providing technical guidance. The role collaborates with sales and project management teams to deliver successful sprinkler installation projects while maintaining quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Performs fire sprinkler system service, troubleshooting, pipe fitting, and new installations in Mobile, Alabama. Maintains wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, backflow, and fire pump systems while following NFPA 13, 20, and 24 requirements. Uses trade tools safely, operates a basic service platform, trains others, and supports customer relationships. Must pass a background check and hair follicle test.

Support the sales team by tracking deficiencies, coordinating quotes, maintaining sales records in ServiceTrade, preparing sales reports, resolving customer inquiries, and organizing marketing events and promotional materials. Manage inventory of marketing materials, log event-generated opportunities in CRM, and assist with customer-facing activities while learning PMA sales processes.

Manage and oversee fire sprinkler construction projects: review contracts and drawings, schedule deliverables, coordinate crews and subcontractors, track materials, monitor daily progress, prepare reports, mitigate risks, and act as liaison among sales, engineering, customers, and field teams for a one-year industrial project.
