Teams at Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc.

Leads end-to-end technical and operational execution of the MXOne program, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and field teams. Oversees systems integration, production, quality testing, commissioning, logistics, documentation, training, warranty support, and issue resolution. Drives on-time delivery, customer acceptance, reduced field rework, technical standardization, and continuous improvement across complex domestic and international deployments.

Provides administrative and operational support by managing correspondence, scheduling service calls and inspections, assisting with invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and timekeeping, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting various departments. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Great Plains, ServiceTrade, fire protection, or construction is beneficial.

Support the sales team by tracking deficiencies, coordinating quotes, maintaining sales records in ServiceTrade, preparing sales reports, resolving customer inquiries, and organizing marketing events and promotional materials. Manage inventory of marketing materials, log event-generated opportunities in CRM, and assist with customer-facing activities while learning PMA sales processes.
