This role involves pitching and selling Firefly's products to clients, managing strategic relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing analytical insights.

Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and sales enablement. Create and update marketing materials, coordinate projects and events, manage website/SEO and email efforts, monitor campaign performance, conduct market research, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams.

The Customer Success Specialist supports campaign lifecycle, collaborates with teams for execution, and enhances client relationships while contributing insights for strategy and growth.
