Lead Firefly's global marketing function to drive demand generation, product positioning, content and field marketing, thought leadership, and team growth. Partner with Sales and Product to scale pipeline, define category narrative, and measure ROI.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic accounts, lead onboarding and implementation of IaC workflows, review customer infrastructure and Terraform modules, support pre-sales and escalations, produce integration guides and runbooks, and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Drive enterprise sales in the UK: create business plans, generate pipeline, qualify and close deals, manage full sales cycle, demo product consultatively, negotiate with stakeholder groups, and collaborate with sales leadership and Sales Engineers.

The System Architect will lead technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and AI integration for Firefly's cloud platform, mentoring engineers and managing complex systems.
