Partner with founders and marketing teams on messaging and testing, own execution from concept through launch, and build reusable templates and winning ad formats.

Edit raw single- and multi-camera footage into cinematic vertical reels, montages, and short brand films. Responsibilities include story-led editing, color grading, B-roll development, captions, kinetic typography, motion design, sound design, music selection, and rapid feedback iterations with the CEO and creative team. The role requires strong creative judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work across Pacific or European hours. Camera operation and shooting experience are valuable pluses.

Lead Fireflies’ creative direction and emotional brand identity. Develop memorable campaign concepts across film, social, OOH, digital, events, partnerships, and other channels. Translate human insights into stories, visuals, language, characters, and experiences, then guide work from concept through production and launch. Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, founders, agencies, and creative partners while maintaining high standards for brand quality and consistency.

Design end-to-end web and mobile experiences for Fireflies' Mobile Team. Own exploration, prototyping, high-fidelity interfaces, interactions, and design system work. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, use user data to iterate, and maintain design excellence across products.

Source and recruit technical and non-technical talent globally, build pipelines for high-priority roles, conduct personalized outbound campaigns, and partner with hiring managers through offer closure. The role requires strong Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, and passive-candidate sourcing skills, along with recruiting analytics, AI and automation use, coordination, and independent management of multiple hiring priorities.

Hands-on Security Engineer responsible for building and automating security controls across product, backend, and infrastructure; conducting vulnerability assessments and pen tests; triaging bug bounty reports; patching backend issues; supporting incident response; and partnering with engineering to improve secure coding and infrastructure practices.

Build, optimise, and maintain integrations connecting Fireflies data with third-party platforms. Develop scalable, secure APIs and infrastructure, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless user experiences, and support high-concurrency and real-time applications using modern tools and frameworks.

Design and ship AI-first mobile and wearable experiences for iOS and Android. Own product surfaces end-to-end: prototype, collaborate with engineers and PMs, run customer research, and continuously refine interaction, visual design, motion, and copy to reduce cognitive load and improve product quality.

The Visual Designer will lead branding initiatives, create motion graphics, design visual assets for marketing, and collaborate on landing pages to enhance the brand's digital presence.

Own and scale Fireflies.ai's affiliate ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliates and partners; design commission structures and co-marketing campaigns; create partner assets; track performance, conversions, and revenue; collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue to drive measurable customer acquisition and ROI.
