The Senior Growth Engineer at Firecrawl will own growth projects by developing end-to-end features, improve onboarding experiences, build internal tools, and run experiments to enhance conversion rates.

Build, deploy, monitor, and retrain production machine learning models for search ranking, relevance, retrieval, content extraction, classification, and LLM-driven features. Develop large-scale data pipelines from crawl and query data, analyze experiments and behavioral logs, create A/B testing and offline evaluation frameworks, and guide product launch decisions using measurable results.

Build and operate GCP and on-premises infrastructure supporting high-throughput crawling, search, queues, databases, and ML workloads. Manage Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, enterprise security controls, reliability targets, cost optimization, and incident response. Partner with product and search engineering teams to productionize services and own infrastructure from design through operation.

The Head of Marketing at Firecrawl will be responsible for user acquisition, managing marketing channels, and driving growth through data analysis and team execution.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a developer-facing AI infrastructure product. Work with founders and engineering, build and lead the product function, stay close to developers, own outcomes, and ship fast with iterative learning.

Build and ship developer-facing API features end-to-end for a web-to-LLM data platform. Own reliability and developer experience, design clean APIs, dogfood the product, collaborate on roadmap tradeoffs, and iterate quickly based on real developer feedback. Requires prior experience shipping developer-facing products.

Build internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to scale developer support. Ship product and DX improvements that reduce tickets, turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions, and work closely with developers and support to iterate rapidly.

The Growth Operations Lead will manage the billing lifecycle, build revenue dashboards, handle compliance workflows, support enterprise deal operations, and utilize AI for automation, ensuring operational efficiency for Firecrawl's growth.

The Off-Page SEO Specialist will manage all aspects of off-page SEO, including link building, digital PR, and GEO, to enhance Firecrawl's online authority and visibility. Responsibilities include developing outreach strategies, building partnerships, and tracking performance metrics to drive referral traffic and brand mentions.

The Research Engineer will design and build evaluation systems to measure data quality for Firecrawl's web data extraction, creating metrics and benchmarks, and collaborating on model improvements.

Design, build, and operate crawling, indexing, and retrieval systems for large-scale web search. Improve latency, cost, ranking quality, and freshness. Own services end-to-end, ship iterations, and collaborate on roadmap with the search team.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding: scope integrations, build and deploy integrations against real customer data, diagnose extraction or pipeline issues, drive adoption and expansion, and act as the technical voice between customers, product, and engineering to shorten time-to-value.

Serve as the technical partner for live accounts: build integrations, diagnose extraction/pipeline issues, deepen product adoption, and drive retention and expansion by solving technical problems and collaborating with revenue and engineering.

The Forward Deployed Engineer is responsible for customer onboarding, running demos, building POCs, and driving account expansion while being the technical face of the company.
