Own full-cycle recruiting for all non-executive roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate closing, hiring-manager partnership, agency management, job postings, funnel analytics, and onboarding handoffs. The recruiter will build pipelines for difficult technical positions, manage Ashby, use AI recruiting tools, calibrate hiring standards, and improve recruiting performance through data. This is an onsite role in San Francisco supporting a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company.

Own Alexandria’s provider pipeline from sourcing and cold outreach through negotiation, signed agreements, onboarding, and live catalog listings. Identify high-value data, content, research, government, and other sources; structure licensing, pricing, revenue share, attribution, and usage terms; collaborate with legal and engineering; develop a self-serve contributor program; and feed provider insights into product strategy. Requires experience closing data, content, or API marketplace deals and technical fluency with APIs and MCP.

Own Firecrawl’s internal AI stack, including agent harnesses, shared skills, configurations, model routing, MCP servers, hooks, evals, and tooling. Drive AI-agent adoption across teams, beginning with revenue, by building workflows, coaching employees, and overcoming resistance. Analyze token spend and output to improve cost per useful token through model selection, routing, caching, and workflow optimization. Build missing capabilities in code and stay current with rapidly changing AI development tools.
