Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, prospecting, territory and account planning, building customer relationships, collaborating with BDRs, sales engineers, and go-to-market teams, acquiring net-new logos, closing complex deals, and maintaining CRM records.

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for high-volume blockchain transactions across EVM and non-EVM networks. Design and build AI-driven systems, analyze large datasets, optimize LLM performance, manage business stakeholder projects, and ensure production-grade analytics solutions.

Provide commercial legal support for large SaaS transactions with financial institutions: draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs and NDAs; manage review cycles, structure risk and compliance provisions, use AI tools to streamline reviews, support vendor reviews and due diligence, and advise cross-functional stakeholders on commercial and regulatory risks.

Drive enterprise sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, targeting crypto-native and financial services accounts. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, prospecting, territory and account planning, building customer relationships, collaborating with BDR, GTM, and Sales Engineering teams, maintaining CRM data, and closing complex software or institutional sales deals in financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.

Provide real-time technical support for a SaaS digital-asset platform through Slack and other tools. Troubleshoot customer issues, manage cases, document resolutions, collaborate with senior support teams, participate in critical-incident war rooms, and identify recurring problems for process improvement. The role operates on a fixed US-Eastern schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Serve as primary legal advisor to product, engineering, and senior leadership to design, launch, and scale regulated crypto and financial services products globally. Provide regulatory risk assessment, guide regulatory readiness and go-to-market strategy, draft customer-facing terms and disclosures, advise on marketing and product positioning, monitor global digital-asset regulation, and structure partnerships with financial institutions.

Lead architecture and build reusable web systems for the marketing site. Maintain and evolve WordPress/Gutenberg while evaluating headless/API-driven options. Deliver performant, accessible, SEO-friendly pages, embed AI tools into workflows, and own end-to-end delivery, documentation, and team-facing guardrails.
