Teams at Fireblocks

Provide frontline technical support for Fireblocks' SaaS platform, resolving customer issues via Slack and other tools, escalating complex cases, participating in incident response, documenting cases, and contributing to process improvements. Work US-Pacific hours on a fixed Wed–Sun schedule after training, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success in crypto and DeFi environments.

Lead technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for large banks and financial institutions across design, integration, and deployment. Own transition from deal close to production, define security and API architecture, steer complex integrations (core banking, custody, tokenization, Travel Rule), support pre-sales, and codify reusable architectures and playbooks.

Provide commercial legal support for large SaaS transactions with financial institutions: draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs and NDAs; manage review cycles, structure risk and compliance provisions, use AI tools to streamline reviews, support vendor reviews and due diligence, and advise cross-functional stakeholders on commercial and regulatory risks.
